- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SW-305 Cobalt Wash working into a spiral from the center out.
- Continue using the banding wheel, apply 1 coat of SW-251 Pink Opal, next, 1 coat of SW-127 Olivine, and last another coat of SW-251 Pink Opal. The last coat is applied heavy in the center of the plate, then push the glaze into a spiral out to the edge of the plate, should be thinner at the edge. The backs of the plates and bowl are done the same way.
- With a damp sponge, wipe off any excess glaze off the foot of plate.
- Place on a high-fired kiln washed kiln shelf.
- Do Not Stilt and make sure the plate is not hanging over the kiln shelf.
- Fire to shelf cone 5/6.
