Instructions
Teapot
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SW-136 Weathered Blue to the body of the teapot. Leave the spout and handle without glaze.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SW-110 Oyster to the entire teapot.
Mug
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SW-136 Weathered Blue to the inside and 1/2" down the side.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SW-110 Oyster to the entire teapot.
Firing
- Wipe the bottom feet of the mug, teapot and lid of the teapot free of any glaze. Place on kiln shelf and fire to cone 6.
