Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Thin (3:1 glaze to water ratio) the FN-306 Pumpkin Tart to a rolling constancy and roll glaze the inside.
- Pour the remaining thinned glaze out of the pitcher and remove any drips from the outside with a damp sponge.
- Using the CB-604 # 4 Soft Fan, apply 3 to 4 smooth coats of FN-302 Ivory Cream to the outside.
- Using the AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper, trace on the patterns.
- Using the CB-106 # 6 Script Liner, apply 3 coats of SC-50 Orange Ya Happy to the pumpkins. Side load in SC-88 Tu Tu Tango or SC-97 Cant elope and shade the ridges to each pumpkin.
- Using the CB-106 # 6 Script Liner, apply 2 coat of SC-41 Brown Cow to the stems. Side load in SC-14 Java Bean and add shading to each stem.
- Using the CB-106 # 6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-52 Toad-ily Green to the leaves. Side load in SC-26 Green Thumb or SC-39 Army Surplus and shade the edges of the leaves.
- Using the CB-110 # 10/0 Liner, outline, add tendrils and detail the piece with SC-34 Down to Earth.
- Using a toothbrush or spatter brush, spatter the entire piece using SC-14 Java Bean.
