1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque.  Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
2. Using A CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2-3 coats of FN-001 White to the inside of the Souper Mug and top of the Tray.
3. Using a CB-604 Soft Fan.  Water down the SC-25 Crackerjack Brown to a thin wash of color. Brush over the tray and inside of the bowl to let the color stain the white glaze. This will antique the surface. Allow to dry.
4. Dispense a small amount of SC-74 Hot Tamale onto a palette (plate, tile, etc) and sprinkle some AC-310 Silk Screen Medium onto the SC-74 Hot Tamale; use the palette knife to mix.
5. The AC-310 Silk Screen Medium will cause the glaze to thicken.  Allow to stiffen until it has the consistency of peanut butter.  Properly thickened, the design will not bleed at the edges when you remove the screen.
6. Use the same process to thicken SC-31 The Blues.
7. Lay the screen in position on the tray; use your finger to apply the thickened SC-74 Hot Tamale in the red areas and the thickened SC-31 The Blues into the blue area. Just rub the color over the screen, pull up to remove the screen, clean the screen gently in warm water. Dry flat.
8. Proceed to finish the guitar and the crown inside of the mug.
9. Using A CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-004 Red to the oust side of the Souper Mug and the Tray. Allow to dry.
10. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06/05.
