Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of FN-001 White to the tile. Allow to dry.
- Pencil in the position of the flowers with a stem and an oval shape, four full and two half flowers.
- Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-31 The Blues to the oval shapes.
- Cut some eyelash yarn about 1 inch long and make a circle with it. Brush glazed area again so it is wet then lay in the circle of yarn, brush over with more glaze.
- To speed up the drying process of the circles (flowers), you can soak up the excess glaze with a paper towel.
- Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-12 Moody Blue over the flower area that has SC-31 The Blues. Remove the yarn after the second coat loses its shine.
- Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, apply SC-12 Moody Blue to the stem.
- Take a strip of hamper netting, cut it so it is uneven then using a mini foam roller, roll SC-12 Moody Blue over the netting for the subtle pattern.
- Dab SC-6 Sunkissed and SC-27 Sour Apple into the foreground to give an illusion of small flowers growing.
- Use SG-401 Black Designer Liner to go over the stems to make them more predominate. Allow to dry.
- Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06/05.
