Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper, trace pattern onto MB-889 Salad Asian Square bisque.
- Using CB-106 Script Liner and CB-110 Mini Liner, fill in trees and branches with SC-15 Tuxedo. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Apply three coats.
- Using CB-106 Script Liner, apply SC-91 Seabreeze, adding SC-30 Blue Dawn to the left side of the trees. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Apply two coats of each color.
- Using CB-106 Script Liner, add SC-95 Pinkie Swear to various sections of the sky.
- Using CB-106 Script Liner, apply SG-202 White Cobblestone to the tree trunks, leaving the branches for another glaze. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Apply three even coats. Be sure to leave some SC-15 Tudeo showing through on the sides of the tree trunks.
- Using CB-106 Script Liner and CB-110 Mini Liner, brush the branches with a mixture of SC-16 Cotton Tail and SC-15 Tuxedo to achieve a gray color. Allow glaze to dry completely between glazes. Apply two coats.
- Using CB-110 Mini Liner, fill in the bird with SC-74 Hot Tamale. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Apply two coats.
- Using CB-110 Mini Liner, outline the bird with SC-15 Tuxedo. Add lines for the wing, legs and feet.
- Using CB-604 Soft Fan, apply FN-228 to the back of the MB-889 Salad Asian Square bisque. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Apply three coats.
- Fire to cone 06/05.
