Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque.  Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SC-78 Lime Light to one coaster and 3 coats of SC-30 Blue Dawn to the other. Be sure to wrap the glaze around the back rim about ½ inch because it will still show once cork is adhered after firing. Allow to dry.
  3. Use a Pencil and AC-230 Clay carbon paper to transfer the golf cart to the SC-78 Lime Light coaster and the golf bag to the SC-30 Blue Dawn coaster.
  4. For the golf cart, use a combination of the CB-106 #6 Script Liner and the CB-202 #2 Detail liner to apply 2 coats of SC-16 Cotton Tail to the body of the golf cart. Then outline the cart and fill in the tires with 2 coats of SC-15 Tuxedo. Add 1 coat of SC-35 Gray Hare to the tread of the tires and 2 coats of SC-60 Silver Lining to the rims.
  5. For the golf bag, use the same combination of brushes. Begin by painting 2 coats of SC-16 Cotton Tail to the trim of the bag, add 1 coat of SC-74 Hot Tamale as an accent to the trim. Paint the rest of the bag with 2 coats of SC-15 Tuxedo.
  6. The club handles are painted with 2 coats of SC-35 Gray Hare and the head is painted with 2 coats of SC-60 Silver Lining. Allow to dry.
  7. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06/05.
