Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. With AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper, trace the provided pattern along the edge of each bisque piece. Overlap the flower image on MB-1115 Casualware Salad Plate and MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate.
  3. Using SG-408 Orange, trace the center lines of each flower on MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate and MB-146 Tapered Mug. Also trace the scalloped boarder image on MB-1115 Casualware Salad Plate using SG-408 Orange.
  4. Using SG-410 Bright Blue, trace the lines of the flower petals on MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate and MB-146 Tapered Mug.
  5. Using SG-409 Bright Green, apply dots along the outer edge of the flower petals on MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate and MB-146 Tapered Mug. Also apply dots along the top and bottom of the scalloped boarder on MB-1115 Casualware Salad Plate using SG-409 Bright Green. 
  6. Allow to dry completely.
  7. With CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply three coats of SC-78 Lime Light to the inside of MB-146 Tapered Mug and the back of both, MB-1115 Casualware Salad Plate and MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats.
  8. With CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply two coats of S-2101 Crystal Clear Brushing to the exterior of MB-146 Tapered Mug (including the handle). Also apply two coats of S-2101 Crystal Clear Brushing to the top of MB-1115 Casualware Salad Plate and MB-1116 Casualware Dinner Plate. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats.
  9. Stilt all pieces and fire to cone 06/05.
