  3. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-008 Brown to the back of each plate.
  4. Small Plate - Dampen the piece of waste canvas, then just dampen the FN-014 Antique White glaze with a sponge. Place the canvas over the glaze and smooth with a AB-834 #3/4 Base Coat brush.

  7. Trace on the leaf patern with AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper and a pencil.
  8. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-34 Down to Earth to the leaf pattern.
  9. Large plate - Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, swipe sporadically SC-45 My Blue Heaven and SC-78 Lime-Light over the FN-014 Antique White leaving most of the surface the Antique White.
  10. Apply another coat of FN-014 Antique White, SC-45 My Blue Heaven and SC-78 Lime-Light over the same areas. Press the piece of tear away canvas into the wet color. Brush back over again with thinned color.
  11. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SC-34 Down to Earth to the canvas. Pull off the canvas as soon as the last coat begins to dry.
  12. Trace on the leaf patern with AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper and a pencil.
  13. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-34 Down to Earth to the leaf pattern.
  14. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.

Note: Wetting the canvas and applying a thin coat of glaze will give you a more defined pattern of the canvas.
