Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Remove the bank stopper.
- Using a Cb-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of CG-964 Kaleidoscope to the body of the bird. Try to keep the crystals applied evenly.
- Using aCB-602 #2Soft Fan, apply on 3 coats of SC-11 Blue Yonder to the wings.
- Using a CB-110 #10/o Liner, outline the feathers with SC-76 Cara bein Blue.
- Thin SC-76 Cara bein Blue slightly, using a CB-602 #2 Soft Fan, apply over the hair, wipe off excess with a damp sponge.
- Using a CB-602 #2 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of SC-11 Blue Yonder to the hair.
- Using aCB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2-3 coats of SC-6 Sunkissed to the larger part of the eyes. The iris is 2 coats of SC-11 Blue Yonder. Beak is SC-75 Orange-A-Peel.
- Thin the Kaleidoscope then brush the crystals over the wings, hair and eyes.
- Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, apply SC-15 Tuxedo for the pupil and to outline the eye. Allow to dry.
- Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
- Replace the bank stopper.
