  6. Using a RB-104 #4 Liner, apply SC-13 Grapel to the cape and SC-53 Purple Haze to the dress area of the witch. Blend the two colors together when meeting them.
  7. Using a RB-104 #4 Liner, apply SC-41 Brown Cow to the stick of the broom and SC-51 Poo Bear to the bottom of the broom.
  8. Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, apply SC-74 Hot Tamale to the band on the broom.

  10. Moving onto her face and hands.  Using a CB-200 #0 Detail Liner, apply SC-74 Hot Tamale add a touch of water to the color. Use this to glaze her cheeks. Make sure to use the lighter tone on the highlights of her face. If you get to much glaze add a little water to your brush and move over the color. Be very careful during this step is can quickly turn muddy in the color if the black designer liner gets mixed in.
  11. Her lips are straight SC-74 without the water added to it.
  12. Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, apply SC-53 Purple Haze to the eyes
  13. Using a CB-404 #4 Pointed Round, apply SC-6 Sunkissed to the moon.
  14. If there are any parts that you may have gone over the SG-401 Black Designer Liner with a color, you may fix that now. Just squeeze some of the SG-401 Black Designer Liner onto a palette and dip your brush into some water, pull the brush through the edge of the SG-401 Black Designer Liner. This should give a small amount that you can go over any part that has had color over it.
  15. For the background of the piece. On a palette, squeeze out a small amount of SC-53 Purple Haze, SC-23 Jack O’ Lantern, and SC-6 Sunkissed. Choose which color you would like to start with and tap your sponge into it. Tap off some of the extra and then apply it to the plate. Keep adding color until it is to your liking. Then start to layer the three Stroke and Coats colors until you have the desired effect.
  16. Allow the plate is completely dry.
  17. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of S-2101Crystal Clear Brushing to the entire plate. Allow to dry.
  18. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-003 Orange to the back of the plate. Allow to dry.
