Everybody's Talkin' About the Bird . . .

MB-1300   Feeder?  Bath?  We named it MB-1300 Bird Feeder/Water Bowl, but what else can it be used for?

It is what it is.

Staff artist Marcia Roullard has, shall we say, an "interesting" perspective on design and decoration?  She has an eye that allows her to see the potential of MB-1300 in a number of ways.

Let's look at a few examples:

Ornate Bird Bath 1

Hey look - a bird bath! Why not embrace the obvious?

But why not extend the creativity to add bird figurines (MB-1301) along the edge?

The decorating technique features use of a detailer bottle to draw lines and a paper stencil to create the circles inside the bowl.

This design features our Cherub Figurine (MB-1306) and handmade flower petals using earthenware clay.

The floral& leaf patterns (featured on the rim of the bowl) were made using cut-out paper stencils.

birdbath1Fruit Bowl

Here MB-1300 is converted into a serving bowl, adorned again with bird figurines (MB-1301).

MB-1063 Scalloped Bowls are used as individual serving bowls and decorated to coordinate with the main serving bowl.

birdbath4Soap Dish

Mayco Elements and Pottery Cascades join the birds (MB-1301) to create an organic, earthly design for the bathroom.

This design can also serve as a potpourri dish or a base for a large candle.
