Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply two coats of FN-001 White to the center section of both bisque pieces, about two inches wide. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Allow to dry.
- Using MMC-002 1/2" Masking Tape, create a boarder along the inside edge on top of the FN-001 White painted area on MB-1387 Food Canoe and MB-122 Venti Latte Cup.
- Note: Be sure the tape is sealed to the surface, as this will act as a straight edge when applying additional colors.
- Using CB-202 #2 Detail Liner, draw a boarder and apply two coats of SC-8 Just Froggy along the outside of the taped off area on both bisque pieces. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Allow to dry.
- Using CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply three coats of FN-010 Tree Green to the handle of MB-122 Venti Latte Cup.
- Using MMC-001 1/4" Masking Tape, tape off to protect and create a clean edge of the line of SC-8 Just Froggy you just painted on both bisque pieces. Use BT-910 Synthetic Sponge to wipe away any excess glaze.
- Using CB-106 #6 Script Liner, draw a thicker boarder and apply two coats of SC-74 Hot Tamale along the outsite of the taped off area on both bisque pieces. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats. Allow to dry.
- Using MMC-002 1/2" Masking Tape, apply one more layer to protect and create a clean edge of the SC-74 Hot Tamale boarder you just painted.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply three coats of FN-007 Green to the remaining bare bisque on the interior of MB-1387 Food Canoe and the exterior of MB-122 Venti Latte Cup. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats.
- Carefully remove all masking tape.
- Using AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper, transfer the lettering from the pattern onto MB-122 Venti Latte Cup and MB-1387 Food Canoe.
- Using CB-110 #10/0 Mini Liner, apply two coats of SC-74 to fill in all of the words. Allow glaze to dry completely between coats.
- Using CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply three coats of FN-010 Tree Green to the inside of MB-122 Venti Latte Cup and the bottom of MB-1387 Food Canoe. Use CB-106 #6 Script Liner to apply FN-010 Tree Green to the handles of MB-1387 Food Canoe.
- Let both pieces dry completely
- Stilt and fire to cone 06/05.
