Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Pencil on the design, provided or make up your own.
- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of FN-221 Milk Glass to the inside of the bowl.
- Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner to apply 2 coats all the following Foundation Sheers colors.
- Rose with leaves: center of the flower is FN-207 Orange Slice for the center with a touch of FN-224 Key Lime. Petals are FN-224 Key Lime.
- Leaves: apply 1 coat of FN-224 Key Lime second coat load with FN-224 Key Lime then tip in FN-213 Saffire Blue, stroke in the leaves.
- Large Partial flower: apply 2 coats of FN-224 Key Lime to the center, then while the second coat is still wet brush in FN-222 Indigo, leaving a band of FN-224 Key Lime showing. Petals are 2 coats FN-213 Saffire Blue then a stoke of FN-222 Indigo in the center (over the FN-213 Saffire Blue).
- Small Partial flower near handle: FN-207 Orange Slice, FN-212 Blue Diamond and FN-224 Key Lime center.
- Grape looking flower: 1 coat of FN-209 Floral Pink, second coat load with FN-209 Floral Pin then tip in FN-222 Indigo.
- Flower next to Grapes: outer edge – FN-213 Saffire Blue, thenFN-207 Orange Slice, centers 1 coat of FN-224 Key Lime.
- Scallop: FN-213 Saffire Blue and FN-207 Orange Slice.
- Handle: FN-224 Key Lime in the center and FN-213 Saffire Blue on the sides.
- Fill in any open background areas with 1 coat of FN-209 Floral Pink.
- Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, outline everything with SC-15 Tuxedo. Use the SC-15 Tuxedo the make tiny open circles in the partial flowers’ center.
- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-027 Chartreuse to the back of the bowl. Allow to dry.
- Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
